I have been using galactic toys for over a year now no problem, packaging is always great and they always come through Yodel in the Uk, so I never get any customs as they are paid for already.
Only down side is they have now stopped offering delivery to the UK because of Brexit I presume.

Be aware that they will not go out of their way in the least to make things right should you get the wrong order -or worst yet- no item at all. They will chalk it up to someone else's mistake and you're left holding the bag, regardless of you paying for something you didn't get. They also never answer any phone calls and are very slow and short with email responses. I will not be doing business with them ever again after the terrible response I got in regards to a mistake on their part.

It was a worse experience with them. They don't pick up the customer service phone call, they put their mistakes to me (the buyer) when they made a mistake sending items. I'm upset not because they sent the wrong items or to the wrong address. But because they try to admit their mistakes and put all their mistakes to the buyers.

Some decent stock of items that are harder to get elsewhere. Prices are good. One issue i have is their packaging needs to be improved. They leave too much space in the box for Funko pops to get damaged corners. Other then that...A++

Only ordered once so will update if there are changes. Very impressed with how quickly this arrived from the US. Packaging could do with a little more care, not sure if it applies to most orders but i ordered a 10" Mushu. While wrapped in bubblewrap, it was moving around freely in a large box and could easily have sustained damage. Hence why i am taking 1 star off. Actually surprised it wasn’t damaged. Doesn’t put me off ever ordering from them again. Competitive prices! Considering this is coming from the US and cheaper than most retailers here.

Customer service was very kind, attentive, and polite! I had no issues with my preorders other than them arriving a bit late, but that's to be expected with preorders from any shop. Thank you!
